تستند «فواتيري» إلى خبرة مؤسسية وتقنية ممتدة لأكثر من ثلاثة عقود، باعتبارها أحد مشاريع شركة التقنيات الحديثة (MTC)، الشركة الفلسطينية التي تأسست عام 1987، وراكمت منذ ذلك الحين خبرة طويلة في قطاع التكنولوجيا وتطوير وتشغيل الحلول والأنظمة التقنية.

هذا الامتداد يمنح «فواتيري» أساساً مؤسسياً يتجاوز فكرة المنتج الرقمي المنفرد؛ فهي نتاج خبرة تقنية متراكمة، وبنية تشغيلية، وفهم طويل للسوق المحلي واحتياجات المستخدمين، مع رؤية حديثة تستجيب للتحوّلات المتسارعة في العمل الحر والاقتصاد الرقمي.

ومن هذا الأساس انطلقت «فواتيري» لمعالجة أحد التحديات الفعلية التي تواجه الفريلانسر الفلسطيني: كيف يستطيع إدارة أعماله واستلام مستحقاته من عملائه بطريقة أكثر تنظيماً ووضوحاً؟

2 من خبرة 1987 إلى احتياجات الاقتصاد الرقمي اليوم

منذ تأسيس شركة التقنيات الحديثة (MTC) عام 1987، تغيّر عالم التكنولوجيا بصورة جذرية، وتغيّرت معه احتياجات الأفراد والأعمال.

ومع ظهور الاقتصاد الرقمي وتوسّع العمل الحر والعمل عن بُعد، ظهرت تحديات جديدة تحتاج إلى حلول أكثر تخصصاً ومرونة. وجاءت «فواتيري» كجزء من هذا التطوّر؛ منصة تستفيد من الإرث والخبرة التقنية المؤسسية، ولكنها بُنيت لتخاطب جيلاً جديداً من المهنيين الذين يعملون بلا حدود جغرافية ويقدّمون خدماتهم لعملاء وشركات في أسواق مختلفة.

3 لماذا أطلقنا «فواتيري»؟

أتاح الاقتصاد الرقمي للفريلانسر الفلسطيني الوصول إلى فرص عمل وعملاء من مختلف أنحاء العالم، لكن استلام المستحقات المالية وإدارة الجانب المالي من هذه الأعمال ظلّ من أبرز التحديات.

ومن هنا جاءت «فواتيري». بدأت المنصة من فهم واقعي لهذه المشكلة، بهدف بناء حلول رقمية تتناسب مع طبيعة عمل الفريلانسر وتساعده على تنظيم معاملاته وإدارة فواتيره واستقبال مستحقاته من العملاء من خلال الوسائل المتاحة والمعتمدة على المنصة.

تعتمد «فواتيري» على مبدأ أن الدفعات الواردة عبر المنصة يجب أن ترتبط بعمل أو خدمة حقيقية ومشروعة، ولذلك قد يُطلب من المستخدم تقديم عقد عمل أو اتفاقية خدمة أو مستندات تثبت طبيعة العمل ومصدر الدفعة عند الحاجة.

نتعامل مع البيانات الشخصية باعتبارها مسؤولية. تجمع «فواتيري» البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمات والتحقق من الحسابات وتنفيذ المعاملات وتقديم الدعم والوفاء بمتطلبات الأمان والامتثال، ولا تقوم ببيع البيانات الشخصية للمستخدمين.

وقد تتم مشاركة البيانات الضرورية، بالقدر اللازم، مع البنوك ومزوّدي خدمات الدفع ومزوّدي الخدمات التقنية أو الجهات المختصة عندما يكون ذلك ضرورياً لتقديم الخدمة أو تنفيذ متطلبات قانونية أو امتثالية.

“Fawateery” draws on more than three decades of institutional and technical experience as one of the projects of Modern Tech Corporation (MTC), a Palestinian company established in 1987 that has since accumulated extensive experience in the technology sector and in the development and operation of technical solutions and systems.

This heritage provides “Fawateery” with an institutional foundation that goes beyond the concept of a standalone digital product; it is the outcome of accumulated technical expertise, an operational infrastructure, and a longstanding understanding of the local market and user needs, combined with a modern vision that responds to the rapid transformations in freelancing and the digital economy.

From this foundation, “Fawateery” was launched to address one of the real challenges facing Palestinian freelancers: how can they manage their businesses and receive their dues from clients in a more organized and transparent manner?

2 From the experience of 1987 to the needs of today’s digital economy

Since the establishment of Modern Tech Corporation (MTC) in 1987, the world of technology has changed dramatically, and the needs of individuals and businesses have evolved with it.

With the emergence of the digital economy and the expansion of freelancing and remote work, new challenges have arisen that require more specialized and flexible solutions. “Fawateery” emerged as part of this evolution: a platform that benefits from institutional heritage and technical expertise, while being built to serve a new generation of professionals who work without geographical boundaries and provide their services to clients and companies across different markets.

3 Why did we launch “Fawateery”?

Receiving financial dues

We provide solutions for receiving payments in return for lawful work and services through the payment methods available and approved on the platform, in accordance with the procedures and policies governing each method.

Balance and transaction management

Users can monitor their balance, transactions, and payment status through their accounts, giving them clearer visibility into the movement of their financial dues.

Withdrawal and settlement

“Fawateery” enables users to withdraw and settle their balances through the available and approved withdrawal methods, subject to the limits, procedures, and requirements applicable to each method.

Documenting the professional relationship

“Fawateery” operates on the principle that payments received through the platform must be linked to genuine and lawful work or services. Accordingly, users may be required to provide an employment contract, service agreement, or documents establishing the nature of the work and the source of the payment when needed.

“Fawateery” applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, controls related to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT), risk management and fraud prevention measures, as well as verification of the nature of certain transactions and the related contracts and documents when required.

10 Your privacy is part of our trust

We treat personal data as a responsibility. “Fawateery” collects the data necessary to operate its services, verify accounts, execute transactions, provide support, and meet security and compliance requirements, and it does not sell users’ personal data.

Necessary data may be shared, to the extent required, with banks, payment service providers, technical service providers, or competent authorities when necessary to provide the service or meet legal or compliance requirements.
